Boogie2988 got a deferred adjudication plea agreement with no jail time for admitting that he made a mistake by firing his gun outside of his home. Watch his video. ua-cam.com/video/j95RFucGtbk/v-deo.html
Good content! Hope his bullet didn’t hurt anyone and hope he gets out relatively scotch free. People make mistakes but he was being threatened and stalked so I get it to an extent. Keep us updated:)
This is kind of a 50/50 thing. Yeah Boogie shouldn’t have fired into the air especially since he lives in a residential area with others within the range of where the bullet may travel. But, also he was protecting his self and his home. The stalker shouldn’t have went to his house in the first place to try and stir up trouble. I hope everything goes well for Boogie and he gets this taken care of.
I did a separate video on the castle doctrine versus stand your ground law. The moment Boogie stepped out of the house with his gun, he lost protection of the self-defense laws. Stand your ground wasn't the law until this year, six months after his shooting incident. If he stayed inside and called the police, he wouldn't be facing an assault with weapon charge. ua-cam.com/video/yzLwr_L1Tbs/v-deo.html
@@CDReimer You are right on that part which is why I said it’s a 50/50. He was protecting himself but at the same time shouldn’t have done what he did so there goes the self defense part of it.
It's illegal to fire a warning shot, your not even supposed to draw your weapon unless u are in immediate lifer treating danger and that's it bottom line, did u do any research how about the verbal confrontations they both had only the day before. Boogie buried himself into this mess not only with the warning shot but the obscene amounts of nonsense he uttered that is actually online and you can listen to towards that Frank guy. Do some research man
I don't follow the toxic masculinity culture on UA-cam. I stopped watching Boogie2988 years ago for that reason. Regardless of what led up to this situation, he could have stayed inside and called the police.
@@CDReimer I also stopped watching him years ago due to drama that he always starts. I do love the fact that we have the Bill of Rights and the Second Amendment is very important to myself and should be to the rest of America and I just think it's a shame when people like him act out the way he does, I want to point out that he did many things is also clearly in the wrong and dug himself a grave by saying the things he said and legally shooting a firearm public without being in immediate life threatening Danger.
@@CDReimer and also to make it clear I do feel that that Frank is also a despicable person and should be ashamed of himself for acting the way he acted as well they should both be ashamed of themselves. I don't know about Frank but Boogie claims that at least to use the claim that he wants to help people with mental illness and all that stuff. Is very hard to tell.
Actually even though he was standing outside of his door he was still on the premises of his house so technically the guy was on his property so technically your property falls under the castle doctrine and he did the right thing by firing off a warning shot and if the guy would have proceeded to threaten boogie2988 he could have gotten shot and if the guy would have laid His Hands On Boogie Boogie would have had all right to shoot him cuz that falls under self-defense
The castle defense is generally inside the home. Some jurisdictions may extend it to outside the home. I've never heard what happened to the guy after the incident. Boogie might have shot him and buried him in the front yard before the cops arrived.
