And like the comment above mine, the instrumental was engineered by Drake’s producer as well, so it makes sense as to why it sounds similar. Drake is known for those legendary instrumentals, and I could honestly see Drake rapping on this instrumental.

He is similar to drake because they both speak slowly, in a deep voice, and pronounce words fully. Its almost like they talk to the beat, instead of rapping or singing. They are the kind of rappers where you can actually follow what they are saying lol
It's not necessarily the flow but both him and Drake have this swagger to them that allows them to ride beats like its nothing.
