.Delhi Development Authority opened registration on Thursday for buyers of premium flats to be sold through online auction. Under the Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023, there are 2,093 middle-income, high-income, super high-income group flats and penthouse on sale in southwest Delhi's Dwarka Sector 19B and Sector 14 and west Delhi's Loknayak Puram.
There are 170 super HIG and 946 HIG flats and 14 penthouses in Dwarka 19B, 316 MIG flats in Dwarka Sector 14 and 647 MIG flats in Lok nayak Puram. For a penthouse, the tentative reserve price is Rs 5 crore, for a super HIG flat Rs 2.5 crore, for HIG Rs 2.1 crore and for a MIG flat, Rs 1.2-1.4 crore in Dwarka and Rs 1-1.2 crore in Loknayak Puram.

NALA sath m hai flats k ,Samshan ghaat , Kabristaan , sb aas paas hai bs basic needs k liye 3-4 km jana padega , Metro nearest 4 km hai , Market around 2 km , Bs golf couse dekho or khush rho jb tk market nhi ati aas paas😂😂
