I believe there's an interaction with soldier and Ana where soldier ask her if she remember a 2 mile double headshot that she did, so I guess 50m is nothing to ana

i like to think that Zenyatta was the humble one here. Him saying "- is but a step for others" is comparing others to himself - he may travel a great distance to achieve something another would do easily. It reflects his character more than him being prideful here.
Cuz she is. Back in the Hayday of Overwatch she was quite objectively the deadliest sniper out there. Soldier actually has an interaction with her where he reminisces about that time she killed two dudes from over 300 meters away with a single shot.
She’s the best sniper ever (objectively more skilled than widowmaker). Even without her cybernetic eye which widow shot she’s still a huge threat to anyone. Keep in mind she chooses not to get a replacement eye

the more interesting thing for ashe is that she has different lines depending on if Bob gets a kill or not by the time he leaves, if he does, she's proud, if he fails to nab a single kill she's disappointed
