I know it's hard to read I'm not good at typing but I like these AU of Veldora and Veldenava. How about An AU of Good Bye, Dragon Life. The AU of Veldora was made intentionally because Veldora personality is very different from Dolan so memory loss could change a person personality to a calm one. As for Veldenava AU makes sense because Dolan visited an Angel in his dragon form. Slight difference is the Angel treats him as a god instead of a old friend. That could still be the same like she got special permission 😅. The world for Veldenava or Veldora AU can be they Reincarnated in another world. the second world that Veldenava had created as a backup or something to kill time. They weren't given the concept of rules as Tensura but it didn't mean Veldenava didn't love it either. In Veldenava AU he planned to reincarnate there after giving his daughter and the pet he gave her half his power. As for Veldora He met the angel as she was checking on the other world veldenava had created. Veldora was calm and honorable because he lost his memories so he wasn't a wild type. So when he died and Rimuru reincarnated him he ended up in the second world veldenava had created as a human. The Angel visited him when he was a kid to let him know what that he is in her world that she managed for Veldenava. More on on the AUs is down below but i really hope someone could take this idea. I don't mind some changes but please leave some so i know came up with it i don't mind you taking credit. It just makes me happy that my idea help someone make content. Being that no one was strong enough to fight him and saw everything he just wanted to lay down and die until a hero came surprised because in the travels he helped humans face strong opponents in exchange for peace and quiet when he slept. He thought this is my chance so he acted like he put his all into the fight and died just like he wanted. Unknown to Veldora Rimuru kept try to look for his best friend. Searching for a really long time until one day he heard a rumor that some hero slayed a very powerful Dragon. Rimuru decided to go there to check if it was his friend. He was right looking at him lifeless Rimuru decided to reincarnate him as a human with as dragon for a soul and keep his memories intact not knowing that Veldora had forgotten him Rimuru didn't put some of his memories in to help him remember. Thus Rimuru awaits for his best friend to come back to visit him. I know Veldora is a long AU but i kinda liked this AU. As for the people who is going to react how about Dolan [Veldora] family like his father, mother, siblings. Even add knight girl and Lamia girl maybe some villagers like the trainer and his wife. The witch lady in the village and the angel girl that dolan visited in his dragon form. That should be 10 people. I know that might be too much so you can bring it down the him and his family the angel girl lamia and the knight lady that should be 7. [ I don't know how many siblings Dolan has or if he has any at all.] ( As for Veldenava AU reaction they are going to Rimuru still but Dolan [Veldenava] kinda know about him. he knew he existed but never bothered to know what kind of person he is. They will also react to his daughter and what she went through. [Milim backstory] as well as being BFF with Rimuru. As well as what happened after he died what happened to Rudura with his reincarnation. Feldway plan even the past timeline of Rimuru.)
