✅The ingredients:
4 eggs
180 g sugar (3/4 cup +2 tbsp)
8 g of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
60 ml sunflower oil (1/4 cup) + 60 g melted butter (1/4 cup)
120 g thick crème fraîche 30% mg (1/2 cup)
280 g flour (2 cups + 1/3 cup)
15 g of baking powder (1 tbsp)
2 tbsp bitter cocoa
3 tbsp of milk
chocolate chips
Oven preheated to 175 © for 30 to 35 minutes
Icing sugar
