Good morning Tim. You got a really beautiful boat. One thing, as a retired Coast Guard L.E. officer, I noticed that your life jackets under the bed are still in the plastic packages. Please take them out of the plastic. If you get inspected the officer will not count them as being there. It is the law. Have a wonderful sailing adventure.
Thank you for watching Ted. Interesting. I've never run into that. But then again, I never had PFDs in a bag during an inspection. I will most definitely get right on that when I get back. Thank you very much again! If you haven't already, please consider subscribing. CUOTO

@@svpaquita I wish you well with you trip Tim. Probably done that run from Newport/Maine, Bermuda, St Thomas 30 times or so. Will pipe up from time to time with nuggets. Love PR. Use to live in Humacao for a spell.
Hey from Tampa-St. Pete. Oh, I am so jealous! What a beautiful, well built sailboat. She is in beautiful shape for a 20 y.o. boat, very well maintained. Thank you for the tour. I look forward to following your adventures!
Congratulations! It's great that you have decided to try wind power! I learned to sail at the City of San Francisco Lake Merced in a 9 foot dinghy called an El Toro. Then sailed some larger boats there until I got an Islander 21, and got my feet wet for the first time in San Francisco Bay. Then, I got married and we bought a Rhodes 19, a day sail boat that we kept in the City of Sausalito harbor. While working for the City, I started a sail training program for people with disabilities, called the Bay Area Association of Disabled Sailors (if interested, you can learn more on the organization's web site under the same name). Within our first year, we were asked to participate in the first Chicago Yacht Club national disability race (we came in last!) and had an amazing week in Chicago. While working for the City, we had the first (18) tall ship event. I went outside the Golden Gate Bridge on the National Parks historic flat bottomed sailing scow and when they docked and before they opened to the public, I met with all of the Captains who allowed me to have a few wheelchairs placed on their decks and the SF Fire Department crews carried people with disabilities on board each of the tall ships. Great memories! I hope you have calm seas and spectacular sunsets! If you ever get to the San Francisco Bay Area, get in touch. Richard Skaff 707-755-1681
Wow! That's incredible Richard! You have given people a view and memories they most likely never thought would have been an option. Good on you! If I get out that way, I'd love to meet up with you. CUOTO Tim B
Now that's a beautiful boat. I really enjoy the craftsmanship that goes into these boats, so much thought in getting so much storage and usefulness out of a small space and still be pleasing to the eye. Well done on your purchase
You picked a great boat and gave an excellent tour. Quality engineering and fabrication are always worth the extra money, if one can afford it! The operating 60Hz stuff on 50Hz ranges from crystal clear to a bit murky. Practically all modern electronic equipment use switching power supplies that usually accept a range of frequencies such as 47-65Hz and often accept a range of input voltages such as 95-140V or in some cases 95-250V. Things such as your laptop/desktop PC, TV's sound systems and battery chargers should work just as well on 50Hz. Anything having a motor is where things get murky. 60Hz motors run 20% slower on 50Hz so your blender will take longer to make your margaritas. Also on the downside is the frequency decrease messes with the magnetic properties of the motor leading to increased heating and potentially shortened lifespan if run under heavy load. When you make margaritas, do it 2 at a time instead of 4. Light load items like fans and intermittent use items like blenders will survive; heavy load items can be problematic. Washing machines and AC powered refrigeration would be heavy loads. Heating devices like your hot water heater or toaster are pretty much dependent upon voltage and impervious to frequency changes. One exception is microwave ovens that seem to be specified for 50Hz or 60Hz but not both. A good solution seems to be running the shipboard devices off an inverter charger since most of them have wide shore power input frequency acceptance. Sometime when you have nothing else to do, it might be worthwhile to create a spreadsheet listing all the AC devices on the boat with their voltage, current, power and frequency requirements. Keep up the great videos and above all STAY SAFE! ⛵❤️😷
Thank you for watching Christopher. I am currently getting the boat ready for a trip to Puerto Rico all offshore. I should have plenty of content from that trip to share with all of you. . CUOTO
Hey Captain Tim, George Brady here. I have been following you on your Tugboat channel. This sailboat is 1st class. As a former sailor, she is clearly a deep water boat. The teak workmanship is outstanding. Good to see lots of innovative features. I had a Yanmar 30 in my 30 footer. The only trouble I ever had was that I had forgotten to make sure I had a water/fuel filter installed. And yes, I had to be towed in one time because of water in the fuel system. Wish you the very best of luck with Paquita, she is a beauty. You will have many pleasant years of great sailing ahead of you.
6:20 Basically anything with motors don't like the wrong frequency of power supply (AC/Fridge/Fans/Pumps etc). The Atlas power converter system what was on my 76' trawler was a universal input device. You can feed 50/60 Hz or single or three phase and about any voltage into it and get single phase 240V 60Hz out. Its big/heavy and expensive but really helped with anything power input related. We had a 9KW/21.5KW & 32KW genny as well so for quick visits we would just run which ever was needed. Many of our 120VAC and a few 240V loads were powered via inverters. We had 12KW worth of inverter power. It pretty much was a generator based boat, when ever we were out would be running on one of the gennys. Great boat Tim, it will be nice for you! 👍😁
Thank you for watching. Yes, I am familiar with the Atlas system. Nordhavn used them for a while. But I think most gone back to the old battery charger trick. CUOTO
Hi Tim finally got to look at this channel, you've got a nice sail boat, she's well appointed, well built for her size, when I get time I will look at your other videos.
Thank you for watching and welcome to the channel. I really appreciate you coming over to this channel and giving it a try. Hope you stick around. CUOTO
An extraordinary boat, beautiful and a castle on the water. Well designed and in perfect shape. Never sailed but we live not far from Newport and someday, when I have the courage will try a short sail on a cup boat,. A “ 4 hour tour”. Lol. Maybe on Nefertiti, my favorite. Love wandering around the IYRS, too. Thank you and happy sails to you. Look forward to seeing more of your videos.
If it works, do not replace. That ship( boat) is beautiful and in your usual way you learn not only where everything is but how it works AND your always busy maintain ING it. You'll have it for years to come and still enjoying it. Good luck Captain -----enjoy!
Beautiful and spacious boat, Tim! "Lee cloth?" What? No hammocks? Seems an HF ham transceiver would serve you well when you go trans-oceanic. Very cool... smooth sailing! CUOTO
Thank you for watching again. The GF radios are really things of the past (on tugboats as well). Satellite service has become so mainstream and affordable and has little to none of the problems HF can have. I use iridium go and now have Starlink as well. CUOTO
Great video!. Like the engine oil/coolant leak diaper! I use those in my work as a power engineer. Nice boat! I think thats definitely our next boat!!!
Thank you very much for watching and welcome to the channel Darrin. I highly recommend them (IPs). I have given the engine space an update with new Soundown and a bunch of lights. I put a light strip under the engine and now no longer need the diaper as the drip pan now is a wash in light. (I have a video of the install). CUOTO
Thanks for the tour of SY Paquita. Like you, I'm one for gadgets, BUT, only if they make sense to me. Lovely boat Tim. They don't make them that well today. 😥🤔. Cheers catch ya on the 1's. Vernon
Thank you for watching and welcome to the channel Vernon. She sure has been good to me. Next week I start sailing her west from Puerto Rico to Florida, and then north to New England. Stay tuned. CUOTO
I came over here from TimBatSea. Nice boat Tim. I am not a sailboat kinda guy, this is a beautiful boat, all around. I am boat lover though, since forever, worked on commercial fishing boats, and would love to retire on a boat, and travel around on the water. CUOTO
Thank you very much for giving this channel a try. I am currently getting the boat ready for a 1500 mile ocean passage down to Puerto Rico. I should have a bunch of fun content to watch from the trip. Stay tuned.
The boat tour was awesome. We watched it at home and my gf bust out laughing when you talked about the electronic chair. A month or so ago watching another video -- I made the exact same comment as you. More *@$# to break. But you are right it has lasted this long. :) Would you you be interested in taking a phone call or email with a few questions? Enjoy sir -- we will be watching!
Thank you very very much for coming over and subscribing! I hope to keep your attention here as I (hopefully) improve the channel. Thank you again. CUOTO
She's a fine looking vessel. I'm sure she will keep you safe for many years to come. Hopefully you'll find your way across the pond and there's a 🍺 waiting for you in Jersey 🇯🇪 😉
Woohoo. I'm on my way. (2 things I can't resist. And beer is one of them) 😂. Thank you very much Matthew. Crossing the pond is on my short list and I can't wait. Thank you again for watching. CUOTO
What a great boat! I'm so happy for your find and acquisition! Actually, I'm just a bit jealous... this is much more of a boat than our old Moody 36 sailboat. It was also a blue water boat and was built in the UK for the North Sea. Moody's are excellent boats, so any Moody owners, don't get upset. IMO Captain Tim's boat is a real gem. Thanks for the personally guide tour! CUOTO
On our Catalina 320 we laid Refletix insulation on top of the refrigerator as you have and it really made a cooling difference. Helps us through our 100+ temp days.
Been following you for awhile from FL what a beautiful vessel built about 40 miles from my home very familiar with them I'm going to enjoy this channel not that I don't enjoy your other channel I own an older a trawler 1978 43 singel screw.but any way .yanmar power I guess you have now if so your going to like it .Island packet is a fine blue water sailing vessel top of the line
Nice little channel as well. Who'd a thunk you'd also be into sailboats? I owned a 26 ft Folkboat, way smaller but also of a respected blue water design. A 42 is yuuuuge to me, but perhaps to you she's tiny ;) Island Packets are very nice boats indeed. She'd be my permanent home! PS. Just remember to stay out of the way of those scary push tugs!!!
Hi Tim. Just a bit of feedback on the double sink thing. You might to hold off on swapping it for single untill you've be in a bit of a blow and/or done some long passages. A sink is a great place to dump stuff quickly if things are getting a bit hairy and you want to get on deck asap. Or, ask someone down below to get on deck asap, they can just sweep crockery into the sink and know it's not going to go flying and can be dealt with later..... Can do that too with a single sink of course, just reduces your options, that's all 🙂
Thank you very much for watching Kevin. That is one of those projects that is way out on the horizon. For now, all efforts are to get as many mission critical tasks checked off the list before heading down through 1500 miles ocean to Puerto Rico via Bermuda. Stay tuned and wish us luck 🤞!! CUOTO
Thanks for showing and explaining about the defender marine supplied exhausts alarm kit, great idea and could easily prevent serious engine damage 👍 Love those 2 speed electric winches, amazing. That's a really interesting comment on the raised deck pad mounts to help prevent pooling water finding it's way inside.....I would have never noticed the subtlety of that design feature.
I enjoyed your boat tour very much. A boat well equipped for even single-handed sailing. Docking in other that optimal conditions can be a challenge in such a boat. I noticed some items you might discuss on another video. You didn't mention any auto-pilot capability. Also, another issue you well know as an experienced mariner is dealing with two VERY important issues of fire safety (you did mention and show the port for inserting a fire extinguisher into the engine compartment). The other is the need to chart thru hulls on the boat, for easy locating them and for periodic inspection. I am sure the previous owner documented the thru hulls.
Hi, I just got into your last channel a little on the late side, in face I seem to be the dead opposite of you but in reverse, I got conned into doing my 1st transatlantic at 17 delivering yachts for yuppies as we once called them, back then times were very simple as I would be delivery 70ft+ by the time I hung up my sailing gear just four years later when I bought a steel ketch into gosport and stuck to the deck with frostbite, I then went into it, I totally wish I had stayed sailing now.
Thank you very much for coming over and giving this channel a try George. I hope to be posting much more content soon including videos on systems, upgrade, repairs and the 1500 ocean miles of my try to Puerto Rico. Stand by.
Capt. Tim, I'd really like to watch you make the transition from tug capt. to "Hell no, I ain't firing up the engine!" It will be interesting. You'll probably not become an eco-freak or a vegan, but it will likely change your thought processes. Fair winds and following seas!
Thank you very much for watching and coming over to the channel. I have put about 1400 miles under keel since I got her this spring, but sadly not all of them have been with fair winds and calm seas. Lol. CUOTO
Tim, consider changing the name of your channel here to "Sailing the SV Paquita with TimBatSea" to get cross over name recognition. Also put links in all the videos on both of your channels to the other one... I only found this channel because you mentioned it at the very end of the Hurricane Barge Mooring video, without that I would not have found it.
Thank you very much Bob! Yes. All great ideas. I have been reluctant to push the new channel to those that watch the other one because I hope they are very different. But I am so grateful that you have come over. CUOTO
I'm really impressed with the tour of SV Paquita. I couldn't really imagine how nice she was before this video. Happy voyage on your future endeavors and see you on the one.
Beautiful sailboat Captain Tim!! I came to this channel through your other channel and subscribed. I have suggestion for winterizing your new vessel. Become a snowbird and sail her down to Florida for the winter months or even PR. This way you fly down to the nice climate and live aboard the boat on your weeks off then fly back to New York when it's time to work. I work at LaGuardia Airport and we have passengers who are merchant mariners that work in NY but live all across the US. If you want I'll you my contact info and if you ever come through LGA and I'll buy you a cup of ☕or help you out in any way I can. CUOTO Harry
Beautiful boat and place to live. Makes sense to be able to take your house around the world. I'll have to read about Bob Johnson and how he builds boats.
@@svpaquita I'm almost at the end of the video, but no water maker? Probably an energy beast, but you'd only use it in emergency. I have no idea what's involved.
@@Abebe345 Thank you for watching. Many Island Packets choose to not install a water maker. This is because unlike other boats their size that might only have 60 to 90 gallons of water, we have 250 gallons onboard. I would like to install one before going deep into the pacific, but I do not see any reason to have as of yet. CUOTO
I subscribe to and watch a lot of sailing VLOGS on youtube. Have been a subscriber over at your other channel for a while now, although not as dedicated of a viewer as the sailing stuff. However, if you become a full time youtube sailing VLOGER, you'll have a dedicated viewer in me. Nice IP. I've been saving up for an IP for a few years now. It won't be as new, or as big as this, but IMO, these are some of the finest blue water sailing vessels out there. Certainly much better than any of the plastic fantastics.
Thank you very much for watching and coming over to the channel. So I should explain that one of the ways I am able to make weekly videos on my other channel is because I am at that point in one's career when they don't require to much thought to do their job. Unfortunately, I am not at the place yet on this channel. I will continue to make content and hope you like it. But it may not be as frequent as at Timbatsea. I am getting ready to sail to Puerto Rico and have a full crew. So I hope to get a ton of content on the trip. Stay tuned. CUOTO
Nice ride Captain Tim. I often wondered myself why marine motor manufacturers don't normally put skin thermocouples or RTD's as standard equipment down stream of heat exchangers or water-cooled exhaust manifolds. Even on the newer outboard motors, V6 150 Evinrude for example, only has a thermocouple on one bank of 3 cylinders. Saving a few cents, I guess! Great idea though & peace of mind, especially with all the plastic in our oceans.
Congratulations on your acquiring an Island Packet 420. I love this boat. I took my ASA sailing classes on Island Packet boats at the Maryland School of Seamanship and Sailing. The highlight was sailing a week up the Chesapeake Bay from Norfolk to a marina across the bay from Baltimore. They also use this boat an ocean cruise classes from Norfolk to Bermuda.
@@svpaquita Yes .. Rock Hall on the eastern side of the Chesapeake. We had a beautiful sail north from Norfolk on the Island Packet 42, doing one day consistently over 7.5 knots under sail. A stop overnight in Annapolis on the trip north was another highlight of the trip.
I am a Tim B at Sea sub and now this channel. Appreciate the tour. She's a beauty! Reminds me of a boat my Dad had in Buzzards Bay / Pocasset when I was a kid. He was a Tabor grad and crewed the Tabor Boy and life long mariner. Looking forward to more videos from both channels! Thank you for bringing us along. Mike Atlanta GA
I have been deployed numerous times with the military on foreign bases with 120v and 50Hz. Overseas the only problem I have had with 50 Hz was with analog clocks. All other electronics equipment, including radios, computers and some sophisticated equipment worked well
I also am empressed with your Sailboat. I watch many sailing videos although I've always been a motor boater myself but in saying and had a tour of your sailboat I can give my not so professional opinion that it's a class A boat.👍
Came aboard your new channel from the invite at TimBatSea and stayed through the end and really enjoyed the full tour. Your passion and love for you SV Paquita is apparent and rightfully so! She’s a keeper! What an adventure you’re charting following retirement. Wish only the very best and look forward to sailing along via UA-cam! Peace be with you.
Beautiful boat you have there captain. Be aware that although you don’t plan to go to Europe anytime soon, the French half of Saint martins operates on European wattage and voltage. So be mindful of that if you plan to cruise in the Caribbean.
Other than being on the water, My other passion is woodworking, this boat is stunning, there’s more room than some NYC apartments 🙂. I wish you everything you would wish upon yourself, Capt. I look forward to following your journey.
Came from the other channel. A GD IP... This is a strong boat. It's the major leagues. The only thing I like better is a Nordhavn 56 motorsailer. I think a 3000 watt inverter charger and some new high efficiency solar would take care of everything. Don't throw out the agm's you got a 5 yr bonus as lithium or some crazy new tech will come out. I like the temp prob on the exhaust manifold. Going to do that. That's one of the best ideas in a long time. Also have them sew in a skylight in your bimini. Helps a ton under sail.
Thank you for watching and coming over to this channel. It's funny you mention the skylight. The Bimini has one, but because of the 840 watts of solar, all you can see is the back of the panels. That's the one part I really am not happy with. CUOTO
@@svpaquita if you come up to the northwest I have a slip you can park in over winter near Seattle. You had to buy my dream boat....I am new tell us more about Puerto Rico when you can. It's a place I am considering.

😂😂😂😂 No, we just don't want to be the smelly guy on the boat. 😂 Thank you very much for Ian. Like it or not, you are very much a part of this boat and I can't wait for the next time you crew onboard. CUOTO
I’ll send you a picture but we have similar issues with our SS engine room vents. Ankle rippers we call them and they’ve gotten my wife bad a few times. Well I got the idea from my motorcycle but I used cheap chrome plastic edge trim from Amazon. The stuff you see on ghetto pimped out car door edges 😆 . Comes pre-glued and you just cut it with scissors then press onto the the entire sharp edge so you’ve got at least a little cushion and protection if you kick it. They won’t last forever and the ends could use a little extra glue to keep in place but they’re super cheap, easy to replace and they actually look pretty nice when installed well.
Thank you very much for watching Nick. It has taken me a long time to pinpoint and track down the manufacturer, make and model, but now I couldn't be happier. Stay with us as I get the boat ready to take 1500 south to Puerto Rico.
Thank you very much Laura. I really appreciate you coming over to this channel and hope to be able to provide you with content you and others will enjoy. CUOTO
Great video Tim. Fascinating. I'll maybe see her in the flesh one day. Even although I have a smaller boat, thirty three feet, I can relate to a lot of the points you're making. For example I am using pretty much the same solution for my fridge. Keep them coming 👍
Have watch many tours this was outstanding. Was introduced to you by my son Capt Jon. Had watch your other channel but did not make the connection as to who you were. Best of luck.
If you haven’t already checked them out, pacific yacht systems out of Canada supports similar setups and their knowledge base is incredible. Their UA-cam videos have helped me a ton.

Floor Tim? In a house, on a boat that's the cabin sole supported by the floors! Good video, very interesting, electronics seem to take over everything nowadays but it's still good to know how to do it by hand.
Finally, I came along for the ride (sail), after some time following you onboard M/R Elk River. Congrats for this boat that you may take in a journey to "Rio Dulce / Guatemala".
Thanks for the great tour .. you left out the review on the best entertainment system you have in the Captains Cabin, and that is your bug zapper. We keep a few around the boat, even in the dark you can swing them around and get that so satisfying ZAP. You have done yourself proud and have a super nice boat. You obviously did your research and are up to snuff on all your systems. CUOTO

Hello Tim... Shaun from your TimBatsea channel. An I.P.42!!!! Very VERY nice!!! So... of course you gave a great in depth walkthrough of the boat. I really like seeing your engine room, systems, and tankage. I am curious about underwater... sail drive, or standard shaft drive? Folding prop, fixed, feathering? Fin keel or full, bulb ballast or internal, rudder skeg or hanging rudder? I had to laugh at your mention of the pivot point on any boat... the bow is always a wild ride... so I never did understand why the master's suite is always in the bow. I personally like a center cockpit for several reasons. It's usually the driest place on the boat. The ends get boarded in heavy weather fairly regularly, but by the time a wave gets amidships it's breaking up. A center cockpit opens up the stern for a master's berth aft, and while it does eat up some forward space down below, it usually balances out fairly well. At least it did on my family's 60ft Bruce Roberts schooner, and on the 52ft Shannon I crewed on for a very brief time. I don't know how that would work on a 42ft. That's not to say Paquita isn't a beautiful boat... not by any means!!! She's a beautiful strong lady, and she'll do you just fine. Likely she can take more than you can... no diminishing on you. Fair winds and fine seas Cap'n!!! You ever get out here to the northern Oregon coast you give me a holler... if I'm still here we'll show you around.
Thank you for watching and coming over to this channel Shaun. I really appreciate that. Ok. Let's see if I can remember all your questions. Paquita has a full keel with 12,000 lbs of lead fully encapsulated in her keel. The propeller and rudder are both protected with a skeg. The propeller is an Autoprop feathering propeller. I would love a center cockpit, but they are out of my reach and a bit bigger in the IP line. 250 gallons of water, 160 of fuel and a 60 gallon holding tank. CUOTO

A review from a professional seaman, that was great. What a lovely boat, A Cods head with a Mackerel tail is a saying from these parts. CUOTO
Thank you for watching Chris. Welcome to the channel and thank you for coming over. CUOTO
Great tour!!! Yes, I lust after your vessel. Enjoy every moment. The good, the bad, and what you will learn from the ugly. Be safe!
Thank you very much Russell! I appreciate that. CUOTO
Wow!! Thank you very much for such awesome info George! That is great! CUOTO
What a superb boat. Thanks for showing us around. I hope you'll give us sailing videos before too long.
Thank you for watching Christopher. I am currently getting the boat ready for a trip to Puerto Rico all offshore. I should have plenty of content from that trip to share with all of you. . CUOTO
Just now came over from "At Sea" . Nice sail boat. lets get some nautical miles under its belt, looks great. Rock and Roll Tim.
Thank you very much for coming over Stephen. CUOTO
☑️👍Good morning. Lee cloth save your ass LOL and its true they are very comfortable. Beautiful boat Tim, you choose well.
Good morning! Hope you like this one.
Made the transition here, Tim. I wish you all the luck in the world.
Thank you very much Lew. You are part of the old guard on the other channel and I'm very pleased to have you over here too.
Thank you so very much George! I appreciate that more than you know. Thank you again. CUOTO
CUOTO
31:46 Being over cautious is always good. It's like look before you leap.
Thank you very much for watching Nicolas.
CUOTO
Super nice sailing yacht, Tim! The condition is fantastic and it’s well-equipped, too.
Thank you very much for coming over to this channel. That means a lot to me.
Thank you very much! I really appreciate that. CUOTO
VERY salty home territory! love IYRS
If it works, do not replace. That ship( boat) is beautiful and in your usual way you learn not only where everything is but how it works AND your always busy maintain ING it. You'll have it for years to come and still enjoying it. Good luck Captain -----enjoy!
Thank you very much Bob! CUOTO
Would you you be interested in taking a phone call or email with a few questions? Enjoy sir -- we will be watching!
Welcome to the channel Mark. You can email me at timbatsea@gmail.com. CUOTO
Just came over from Tim B at sea….another great channel and great boat!
Thank you very much for coming over Robert! CUOTO
Tim I’m not a big sail boat guy but your boat is really beautiful and well very designed.
You definitely did your home work . Subscribed !
CUOTO
Moodys are great boats and are designed by a legend. Thank you for watching. CUOTO
Enjoying your new endeavor fair winds and following seas!

Thank you very much Carlos. You are the hat trick of the sea! All three! Awesome and thank you for your service. CUOTO
Curious about the name of your boat.

Big Congratulations to you! And welcome to the IP family!! Thank you for watching and looking forward to seeing your new boat in person! CUOTO
Great boat and tour. Glad I found your new channel.
Thank you very much for watching! CUOTO
On our Catalina 320 we laid Refletix insulation on top of the refrigerator as you have and it really made a cooling difference. Helps us through our 100+ temp days.
Oh yeah? Very cool. Thank you for watching Barry. CUOTO
Hi Tim, thanks for the link, now I have more excuses not to get to my work...that is a beautiful boat...
😂😂😂 Thank you very much for watching and coming over to this channel Jerry. CUOTO
Old dog from Timb@sea now subbed here as well, nice boat captain 👨✈️ stay safe and keep dry, may the tides forever be in your favor!
Thank you very much for coming over Michael! I really appreciate that. CUOTO
@@svpaquita my pleasure Captain, I am really enjoying the new boat! CUOTO
Thank you very much Brian! Thank you for watching both channels and for the kind words. CUOTO
😂 Those tugboat guys are the worst! 😂. Thank you for watching. CUOTO
Fantastic video!! Look forward to seeing some cruising videos once you take that well earned retirement!! Thanks again 🇦🇺
Thank you Mick. I am hoping you will not have to wait that long. I hope to post content of me cruising two weeks at a time until I can retire. CUOTO
What a vessel, enjoy! Looking forward to all the videos.
Thank you very much for coming over Christopher. CUOTO
Thank you for watching Graham and welcome to the channel. CUOTO
200ish subscribers this week! Looking good!
Thank you. Yes. I'm very lucky. CUOTO
Yes! IP manuals map out everything from through hulls to every wire to every bonding run. Thank you again Chaz. CUOTO
Thank you for watching and welcome to the channel. I appreciate that. CUOTO
Awesome boat!!
Thanks for the tour!
👍👍👍👊😎
Thank you very much for coming over and giving this channel a try George. I hope to be posting much more content soon including videos on systems, upgrade, repairs and the 1500 ocean miles of my try to Puerto Rico. Stand by.
Capt. Tim, I'd really like to watch you make the transition from tug capt. to "Hell no, I ain't firing up the engine!" It will be interesting. You'll probably not become an eco-freak or a vegan, but it will likely change your thought processes. Fair winds and following seas!
Thank you Bill. That is precisely what I hope to accomplish with this new channel. CUOTO
Nice boat, and so much different than your regular ride. Put many miles under her keel in fair winds, and calm seas.
Thank you very much Christopher. I appreciate that. CUOTO
Cool look around Tim, way good. IP 420 is a winner!
Thank you for watching Robert. It has been everything and more than I expected. CUOTO
CUOTO Harry
Thank you very much for watching and subscribing Harry. I really appreciate that. CUOTO
Beautiful boat and place to live. Makes sense to be able to take your house around the world. I'll have to read about Bob Johnson and how he builds boats.
Thank you for watching. Bob Johnson is the man! I think you will enjoy discovering his story. CUOTO
Stay tuned. CUOTO
Beautiful boat. Look forward to more vids from you.
Thank you very much Stephen. I'm uploading one now. A bit boring, but it is to hold you over until the epic trip to Puerto Rico.
Happily found your channel as I’m eyeing my own IP one day. Ty for sharing.
Thank you for watching and coming over to this channel Mark. I have been dreaming of an IP for years. It will happen!
Yes Sir! Thank you very much for watching Barry and Happy New Year. CUOTO
I’m glad you’re a sailor too!

Thank you Chaz. They sure are nice boats. Did you go to Rock Hall? (Think that is where you are saying). CUOTO

Looks cool Cap. Thank you for watching. CUOTO
Tim, looks like you have a nice boat! looking forward to watching the other video's on this channel. Looks like great content.

You obviously did your research and are up to snuff on all your systems. CUOTO
Thank you very much James. There are few things worse than waking up to that high pitched buzz of a moskito. And as you said, few things are as satisfying as hearing that zap! 😂 CUOTO
CUOTO
Just subscribed Tim after following your link from your other channel. Very interesting tour - - If you do manage to sail over to the UK I would be very keen to meet up, I am sure you would enjoy sailing around the Scottish Islands.

What a beautiful boat ! I could live there I think. This landlubber was privaledged to sail with some aquaintances out of New Zealand and I loved it. It is so good that you can live your dream. I wish you God's speed. Havagudun Captain.
Thank you very very much! I really appreciate that. CUOTO
Congratulations on your beautiful sailboat! I follow you on your other channel and really enjoy your commercial adventures. Now we can ride along on your sails, it’s great!
I am fortunate to sail with my friend’s Catalina sailboat out of Chicago in Lake Michigan. Very peaceful! Best wishes for many safe and pleasant trips!
Thank you Amy! I really do appreciate that. Crossing my fingers that I can get insurance to sail to Puerto Rico in November. I'll be sure to take all of you along that care to watch. CUOTO
