Muy buena explicación, gracias
Great demo video Vaclav! I have been using the Adash VA4 pro for about 2 years now for vibration analysis and field balancing. The balancer module on this analyzer is quite intuitive.
Thank you for posting these videos, keep up the good work.
Hello Vaclav, very clear videos, thank you.Would you also add a video on how to balance a fan with blades. When do we use two plane balancing?
Hello Moses. There is not too much of a difference while balancing the fan with blades. You just need to enter the number of blades into the VA4Pro (or VA3Pro) device and the final mass will be split into blades. Contact me on revaj@adash.cz if you want to discuss something.
Adash Thank you for the feedback.
Best regards,
Moses

can u advice how to print out after load in computer.
After balancing job in VA4Pro press Balancer button and Balancing Report. Connect VA4Pro with PC and you will find the report in VA4_DISC / VA4balancer_protocol
Can you balance a fan impeller if the motor is mounted on anti vibration springs?
Yes, you can.
Yes , I have been balancing jobs with anti-vibration mounts, with ADASH VA4 Pro. I also used SKF Microlog, Kohtect C911, but ADASH is precise and accurate. Thanks team ADASH
Best regards,
Trailokya
Sir very much glad to see this device wonderful i am a cbm engineer from india I will suggest my company for this adash analyser but i have a doubt in i iam not satisfied in 1 st correction mass and i put 2nd correction to reduce more vibration then the angle i will count from which position means from 0 or 1st correction weight position
2nd correction will be placed again from 0 position, means from the trial weight position.
Yes correction or later if required trim weight should be from trail weight
can you use the no of blades in you presentation
We are planning new balancing video. Good idea, we will present blades calculation used for fan balancing.
can you present a 2 plane balancing
Yes sir. We will prepare 2 plane balancing video with our VA5Pro vibration analyzer. Definitely till the end of this year. Therefore stay tuned please!
