Wonderful and marvellous, as all your masterpieces are, Helena. Undoubtedly, the quality of your masterpiece matching the eyesome quality of your comely personality. Yet each and every footage displays its unique adorable creativity, unambiguously versatile from all the afore created ones. Wishing you thrive and success in your onward undertakings.
Beaucoup de justesse, beaucoup de sensibilité, et beaucoup de coeur ! Les Irlandais peuvent être fiers que leurs couleurs soient portées par un personnage aussi délicat...
true I agree. Helena's voice is precious ... except, it's not a job, it's p a s s i o n :) ... with all my humble respect to you, Helena. I bow with reference to your voice and float ...
A chara Helena, thank you for singing this profound song with respect and sensitivity. The language is very different from Espanol, though not as much as many believe. After all, from where come the words cerveza and caballo? My family lived in exile a very long time in O Grove, Galicia. Local people in the seventeenth century- many still spoke Goidelic, and could speak with my ancestors. Music transcends that for us all! I will tell my wife about you and your music- her family are Venezuelans of Asturian and Zaragozan/Gallego descent. I still have my share of Gaelic- the Old Northern Dialect, please, you're learning well.
Thank you so much John. This song is one of my favourite since I was a kid. The word cerveza comes from the Roman goddess of farming, Ceres and Caballo comes from a transition of a old Irish word “capall”, after called capallus in Latin. 😄. Yes, I had to search those words. Sending to you and your wife lots of love from Spain.
Ermm.... WOW!! Your kidding right? .... OMG!! I am a little bit shocked! But a lot overwhelmed!! Thank you so soo much Helena.... That was just AWESOME!!! I
have you thought of singing Greensleeves in your next video that's a beautiful English folk song attributed to henry viii but more likely composed by sir Thomas Moore
I guess its a toss up of Kate Bush or Sinead O'Connor. But of course my favourite is The Chieftains instrumental. Its really a song about a man who can't just pick one woman to love. He loves all women. Or maybe he has to pass through many womens lives in order to find the one true love. the woman that was made for him. but thats life, its what everyone must do
@@HelenaCintoThere is a place in Donegal that gives good lessons, plus they have singers in Gleann Cholm Cille. That would be an Ulster dialect; this would have been the original dialect of the poem.
I'm of Irish descent and I thought this was a BRILLIANT version of the song. Bravo!
You did this song beautifully your voice is wonderful thank you,God Bless
Ah so very beautiful... Such a homage to the Irish story-telling tradition... Really lovely.
I only discovered your channel last night and I find you amazing.
Wonderful version. I heard you also in a welsh song, 'Dacw n'ghariad', in a very fine version, by you, too.

If Helena, was from Galicia, or Basque, she would find it similar to those Celtic Languages.
Galician and basque are not celtic languages.
Nice voice, need Irish lessons though.
radiodurans always wanted :) thank you 😊

as I don’t live in Ireland it’s more difficult to do...and learning alone it’s complicated but ... thank you so much 😊
@@HelenaCinto It's a song about women, and "woman" is mispronounced. www.teanglann.ie/en/fuaim/bean Hope it helps!
