And you’re right about the upcoming events. I sat yesterday with spirit and I had so many loved ones crowding my energy lol. They overwhelmed me and I felt they were letting me know it will soon be celebration time for me in a big way! It was so overwhelming I told them to leave me for now lol 😂.
This DF since yesterday is massively(not angry) but DETERMINED more than ever to focus only on myself and was highly frustrated yesterday over something online that triggered my childhood PTSD majorly of no one being there for me during childhood and adulthood pretty much. I WILL NOT give a lot of myself anymore like I used to when no one appreciates it! There will be very few chosen people I give my energy to anymore! PERIOD! I've gotten more self-confidence(had quite a bit already) where I don't need approval from ANYONE(no matter their position or WHO they think they are). And letting that self-confidence override my super empathy/compassion for others which makes me lose myself.
I felt this too. I started feeling sad and crying yesterday afternoon and woke early hours this morning feeling the same and couldn’t go back to sleep. I know it’s my DM
I was extremely low yesterday as you know, but when you said 'mirroring', I started feeling compassion and I distanced myself from the emotions. You are so helpful with your readings, it helps me to be more objective and channel my emotions into another avenue. Interesting though, when we were together, he had a dream one night and he was screaming my name, tossing around and kicking wildly. I had to wake him up to calm him down and he was sobbing then. Now that he is trapped in a situation that he didn't foresee, what will happen if he has another dream like this in someone else's bed? That makes me smile in a way, because we know how much happens during our sleep time and how little we can do about our outer behaviour when we are in the dream arena. Thank you, Emma.

@@annawhite7165 similar for me except it is my garden I am concentrating most on as it will make the biggest difference to lifting my environment for me just now. But the last day or so not so much in terms of needing to cry though earlier tosh I did have tears welling.
