"Registered as a '73, smog exempt, insured" LMAO 😆🔥
I've known Morgan since high school, he was one of my very best friends and an incredible human being. Despite life taking us in our separate directions since, both in places we live and our respective careers. Watching him get this exposure and be successful just soothes my soul. Unconditional love for this dude, his family and his craft! 👊
The passion he displays when describing every single detail of his truck is awesome
so glad to see Morgan get the props he deserves one of the best in the business right now
This is actually one of the best autos on this show. This guy was just GETTING. It was so fun to watch
If I won the lottery, this dude will be building me a truck. Such a talented and good ass dude!
Dude this guy is as insane as his build lol. Holy shit i was amped the whole time and wasnt even present. What a bad ass truck. If i had a truck like that i would make some insanely bad decisions.
@@rongreene6180 a big block is never the wrong motor in any application. Imo
@@EnglertRacing96 7.4l 454 small block!!?? Damn thats crazy. I thought it was a big block lol. Still a bad ass engine
I almost had tears of joy watching that bad boy on the road. Morgan is unbelievable wow
This is some of the coolest looking driving footage. It's like a monster truck that you're actually allowed to drive on the road and be very intimidating. Seeing one of these roll down the road looks way cooler to me than a nicely done muscle car. Trophy trucks usually don't have such a nice looking body
Morgan to me, Is a MASTER of his craft literally …I have watched his documented growth in off-road trucks builds sense what I could call day one as a UA-cam spectator/ off-road guy myself.
Glad to see the off-road Craft being placed on stage..
You guys should see what he’s building now! A twin turbo lambo powered rear engine Range Rover Dakar inspired truck. Can’t wait to see that on the channel when it’s done
This trophy truck is totally badass! I can’t imagine if I were sitting in the passenger seat and feeling the raw power that this truck throws out! I live in Northeast Georgia but I’d be in SoCal in a heartbeat to ride in that truck! Thanks, Greg
Something about an old school body of these style trucks gets me so hyped up. They look so cool literally flying through the desert! Morgan is an artist
Not gonna lie, one of my favorite episodes and I’m not a truck guy! Love the build and his driving skills and his ability to explain concepts related to the suspension was exceptional! Fantastic episode!
I thought I was in class watching this, that guy knows his stuff. Truck is sweet!
This guy is INTENSE. Wow. Incredible build. Wow.
I’ve been following Morgan for a long time, this guy in my opinion is one of the best fabricators today. I’m so glad he’s finally getting the exposure that he deserves. He’s been grinding for a long time too!
WOW! Morgan Clarke knows is OFF ROAD stuff, not only building but driving! Best episode EVER!!
Holy F*** ! Trophy truck builds make for some of the best viewing , especially when driven like that ! Great technical breakdown as well , soooo good!
They’re so much fun when someone knows how to drive them and his builds are top rate
Fabrication at its finest! Had a close friend who was a Vietnam vet and a quadriplegic. He owned a 1970 f100 that was built as a street-legal drag truck. We would strap him in his specially equipped truck and then he would lay $100 bill on the dash and if you could grab it when he hit first gear, it was yours. Well, I never got near it!!
I love the spartan nature of Vivian. You know that she's ready to get down n durty. No silly frills or princess and the pea mentality. Thru and Thru Experience Build. The way it all works and can be seen, it's like it wants you to know her moves. 🔥builder and build! Kudos for sure
Morgan is one talented guy. I have been following him and Tera Crew for a while. Fantastic builds.
Morgan is such an inspiration to guys like myself that are into the fab work. I am building an old first GEN 4runner rock crawler in my garage and watching all these videos just inspires me to keep thinking and trying to design.
Thanks for explaining Pre-runner vs. Trophy truck I never realized they were different parts of the same team
They also have Trick Trucks its a 4X4 trophy truck for the silt beds etc.
@@maddogchad77Wrong! There is absolutely no difference between a Trophy Truck and a Trick Truck. The names are synonymous with one another. The only reason they go by different names is because SCORE International copyrighted calling the vehicle a Trophy Truck in their organization, the other race promoters call it a Trick Truck when racing in their respective races.
Also, although there are plenty of 2 wheel drive trucks still racing, none have won a race for quite a long time. Every competitive truck racing in Trophy/Trick Truck class has been 4 wheel drive for the past 2-3 years.
@slynn5138 news to me because I have heard the term many times in score refering to trick trucks whatever not my place to argue
That rig is beautifully designed - looks good and is functional - just became a fan of Morgan Clark!
I love Morgan just gets down to business
Dam Shawn, Morgan is one hell of a creative designer. It's raw with a sound that's wild. Looking at the structure, it's bullet proof. I love the way he drives the piss out of it, he can drive. Thanks again Shawn, for a great 👍 video TCB
I really love the diversity of builds you do on this channel! Hotrods, lowriders, off-road, pro-touring! Keep it up! A+!
Morgan my mans! Good job showing off the build. Congrats on your success. Siccccccc
From the interview to the drive, this was very well spoken and edited. never seen this channel before, you have a new subscriber. There are plenty of other channels that have lost their luster over the years, this brings back my excitement for the industry. You can tell that hes had his paws on this whole build, dope!
I've watched the build up of this vehicle on his channel and it's a mater peice, full credit to him and his team, it's a credit to their ability to build beautiful machines like this 👍
What a rush! When you ride with someone who can really drive and knows exactly what the truck will do because they built it is an awesome experience. The adrenaline pump was working overtime that day I’ll bet.
It’s so fun riding with drivers this good in vehicles this we’ll built. Total blast!
Being from LA, and being a car guy, I've always had an internal battle over my love of street rods, drag racing, and track racing and my love for off road racing, rock crawling, dune buggies, rails and Trophy trucks. I want them all.
I was fortunate as a very young kid starting around age five(1970), that one of my dad's best friends raced the Baja 1000, Patker 500, Mint 500, and all the other races and our two families would drive from LA out into the desert and we'd camp and ride dirt bikes for a couple of days while the race was going on. Racers like Steve McQueen, Mickey Thompson, James Garner, Parnelli Jones, and many others.
In those days there was no pre runners, no helicopters, no team crews, it was a driver and a navigator. You carried some spare parts and there were very few people who lived in those areas. If a driver broke down there was no help unless a local happened to live nearby but they were so poor that all they could offer was a pair of hands.
Our parents would go down to La Paz every Christmas and bring toys and clothes and food to a couple of families that had helped get Randy's baja bug back in the race and gave them water and a little food when they were broken down in the races.
It was so different back then. When I watch what those races have become it is mind blowing.
That's why I still want to build a desert racer for King of the Hammer. You get to do trophy truck and rock crawling in one race. I've done the Rubicon trail in a bad ass Jeep and I've done some fast desert running, and I've street raced muscle cars had dirt bikes and street bikes.
I'm ready to build something, not sure what though.
King Of The Hammers is the best 2 weeks any car enthusiasts could imagine. It’s unlike anything else, as a fan you get to meet all of the drivers and everyone there is super passionate about the vehicle they brought. Most racers have personally done the design and fabrication of them and are always willing to discuss their ideas with you.
@@uglyass9084 ---- California in general for its geological characteristics, is an amazing place considering we have just about every type of climate and terrain anyone could want.
But, I've lived in NorCal for 17 years, moved there at 30yrs old and then moved back to LA because as beautiful as NorCal is, the people are cool but it's completely different than SoCal.
SoCal is the home of hot rodding, skateboarding, surfing, dirt bikes, off road racing, sand racing, drag boats, etc... and I grew up around, literally in my neighborhood, famous speed shops for parts like Headman Headers, Iskendarian Cams, Gulstrand racing, Vasek Polak Porsche racing, Paisano Brothers top fuel funnycar racing owner Joe Paisano lived 2 blocks over from my house, my sister and his daughter were friends, Halibrand Racing wheels owner lived a few blocks away and are family friends and so many others.
As a kid growing up and then as a teenager and in my later years myself and my friends took advantage, in a good way, of everything we could towards whatever hobby we were doing, which was everything from sports, baseball, football, soccer, surfing, skateboarding, golfing, snow skiing, water skiing, cars, motorcycles both dirt and street, boats, that's what SoCal is and has to offer. Anything you want for recreation and the best of the best can be found here.
Like deep sea fishing or big game fishing, one of the biggest names in top of the line lures for Marlin, Tuna, Sail fish, etc... is a shop called Melton International and the Meltons are my family.
I've also lived in Hawai'i and that is a great place but I get island fever and need to be back on mainland. In SoCal I have multiple times gone snow skiing in the morning til noon and drove back home to where I live a mile from the beach and gone surfing that afternoon. Sometimes you can be at the beach 80°F and look East and see snow capped mountains in the winter only a two hour drive away.
It is paradise except the politicians who are destroying the state are making it too expensive, too much crime, bad infrastructure, making it almost impossible to run a small business like I do. But, the whole country is that way thanks to both Democrats and Republicans that hate us and hate our country.
@@slynn5138 --- I was invited to go last year with some of my friends who go every year but I couldn't justify taking the time off, it was a last minute thing and I have my own business and couldn't swing it. I'm thinking this next year I'll plan ahead and go.
@@slynn5138 I've been interested in the West coast for a few years as I haven't seen it yet aside from pictures and films, I can imagine California being otherworldly in its variety of things to offer. Thank you for responding
With all of Morgan's and crews fabrication ,form and function, it's fun to watch him put it through its paces Vivian is an awesome build 😁😎🤙
Really amazing how he's so comfortable counter correcting that suspension. Beautiful hobby
Except for the part where he loses the slide and has to do a donut in oncoming traffic.
One of my favorite builds you've covered so far. Love that the guy really drove that thing.
I'ma huge fan of MCD1 IT'S SO COOL how AUTOTOPIA DIVERSITY is a big bowl of badass keep killing it SHAWN 🍻🇺🇲🇺🇸🇺🇲🇺🇸🇺🇲 love AUTOTOPIA 😎
This builder is one of my favorites on Autotopia and I've seen plenty of them.
That truck is like a Swiss army knife it's not afraid to take any tasks on.
The prerunner explanation blew my mind. this truck is freaking beautiful.
Out of all the stuff you film these are my favorite. I have always been fascinated with long travel suspension geometry and how they work. Someday I hope to do something like this in my shop.
There is nothing compares to that sound
This one and the one you did with RJ Fab are my two favorite trucks in history. An F100 style pre-runner is my absolute dream build. This guys style and taste are amazing, that fabrication level is second to none!!
If Morgan worked for the cartel, every load would make it across the border.
Never mind the Dukes Of Hazard County 🤘🏼😆 ! We just got a taste of the best type of vehicle going. What a killer build, Aces High for shooting this insane video. I got tears from laughing so hard. “ I think we’re golden bro, Let’s get outta here” 😂
Yeeee Haaaaa !
Thank you guys Big-Time for this one 👊🏻🤘🏼❤️
The truck is amazing in every detail, and such an engaging interview. I was just open smiling watching the video.
First time seeing this shops work and I’m hooked! Amazing build! The passion, countless hours, and hard work shines in your finished product. Great interview and walkthrough of this build. Bucket list is to drive the shit out of a trophy truck. Seeing this truck hard brake on pavement gave me chills. 🤙🏼🔥
Way to go Morgan! You are a fabrication "Rock Star"! AutotopiaLA thank you for another great video. Thanks to both of you for bringing us the very best content. Thanks for sharing! 😁👍👍👍👍👍

That truck is amazing. Best review ever dude.
He's the man!! Looking forward to taking a trip out Cali just to visit his shop one day
The fact that it was once a tundra, is mind blowing 🤯
Exactly, I guess now you'd have to call it a TOYORDHEVY??? Being that it has Toyota Ford and general motors parts in.
That was awesome...thankyou.
Made me feel like I was ripping in one of my trucks again. I'll bet it was a blast.
Your the man for sharing that..
All i can say is BEAST!!

Morgan, up there in Simi Valley, do you know the Lilley family? First gen stuntmen! Clint Lilley is thee top and busiest stuntman in my industry!! Lilley Fam are horse wranglers for all the westerns!
I never really can take my eyes of that suspension work! It just takes a proper beating!
great stuff, as a hot rod guy seeing the differences in building a rig like this is very interesting.
Wicked truck. Beautiful build! Well done! Love it!
What a build! So much cool and awesomness here!
That is a beautiful truck! My man did a fantastic job!
One of the best videos in a while. Love that this guy is driving like he stole it . 👍
