Rebecca Kadaga calls for self sustainability in Civil Society Organisations

Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga, the 1st Deputy Prime Minister who doubles as the Minister of East African Affairs who was the Chief Guest acknowledged the contributions of NGOs to Uganda's economy, however, she urged them to work on self sustainability than being dependants of foreign aid which may come with conditions which are not applicable to the organisation and Uganda's laws.
