    The Remote Service Case plus allows access to your system´s PLC or to your measuring devices via a secure, ISO 27001 certified mobile phone connection.
    You simply connect a measuring device such as the HMG 3000 with its sensors to the RSC+ via the USB port.
    HYDAC has ensured plug & play functionality during development, so that the case can be connected in just a few simple steps.
    And in the absence of the famous power socket, you can also conveniently operate the RSC+ with the separate battery pack.
    Following your approval, our specialist logs into your system via the Remote Service Case plus and can thus view the configuration programme or the measuring device software that is running in each instance.
    It is possible to remotely configure the system, assess measurements and recommend appropriate measures.
    Any problems can be identified together. For example, a defective part can also be replaced with guidance from the HYDAC specialist, and you can get your system up and running again in the shortest possible time.
