- This grand scale luxury residence is oriented to maximize the panoramic views of downtown Boise, the Treasure Valley and the surrounding foothills. Set behind the private gates on Wildhorse Lane, this home offers a dazzling array of luxurious finishes that set the standard for an active and sophisticated lifestyle. Master craftsmanship exudes from the meticulous woodwork and the finishes throughout the home. This is the opportunity for the buyer who demands the finest view property in all of Boise.
For those wanting the house details, I looked them up.
5 bed / 7.5 bath / 10,757 sqft. Sitting on a 40 acre lot. Has well water and septic.
It was listed for 3.1M at the time of this video in 2018. Looks like they had it on the market for about a year and reduced the price to 3M in 2019. House was removed from MLS at the end of 2019. Doesn't look like it ever sold unless they did a cash deal, which is possible with the craziness that happened to the Boise housing market in 2020 and there were a lot of cash buyers.

Wow that's beautiful with stunning views!
Wow what a great home ... wish I could afford it .
This place needs trees.
No Trees, No Mess 🌳 🌲
Love this
Very nice
Just whoa
The people in these videos of Boise upscale neighborhoods are probably from California!
YoniNadi what if they? So what? Who cares where they’re from? Why do you hate successful people?
@@RJT11 Because "people from California" did such a magnificent job with California. People who create sh*tholes should be forced to stay there.
Many retired California police officers refer to a favorite retirement area for them as My Blue Heaven. That is specifically in northern Idaho in the area around Couer de Alene and Sandpoint which both boast beautiful lakes and mountains. Unfortunately higher temps and drought have the side effect of more wild fires.
Whatever you do........ Don't plant any trees into the surrounding landscape. So it can look like a single family estate.
Leave it bare. So it could be mistaken for an old folks home, or rehab facility or an oddly placed triplex in the hills.
All these anti homeless people be acting like they let 5-10 people live with them rent free.
facts they are lunatics
If I did let 5 or 10 people live with me rent free they all would be good looking women lol
Am I the only one who noticed there aren't any trees. Anywhere.
Prairies...grassland country
Looks so isolated and depressing. Who would pay that much to live in Idaho?!!
To each their own. I like big land small house.
Looks like a rehab facility. Feels cold and desolate.
Nice to be rich I wish I had a house that I can own but I renting and now I'm suffering cuz the rent went up 1750 a month but we need a roof over our head what a shame how the economy came
Not bad for $2.4 million.
Idaho is so rural even there urban places are rural
Everyone complaining about the lack of trees, meanwhile I'm over here going "did she just open a bottle of white wine straight from the "cellar" without chilling it?" And then those kids sat down on leather furniture in wet swimming clothes?!?!
Pretty sure that’s the point of leather but you win man!
i dont understand , how is it possible to live here without getting robbed or something ? i mean it seems pretty easy to break into that house since it has no window bars or some kind of protection !
Simple 2A respect.
Thats the reason that we hate how many people are coming in, because locals have respect for each other.
In Boise it is a safe place to live. Must be a real prison where you live. That and we can protect our own homes with the 2 nd Ammendment
Idaho is gun Friendly, you break in then you get shot
Wasn’t that the woman from the first Jurassic Park.....?
i think no probably will know if i get kidnapped in this area. xd
The property is so barren...
PAPERWORK time
Definitely large enough to be able to allow several dozen homeless people living in the homeless encampments!
shut the fuck up
Yeah if only they’d get to work!
Why don’t the lazy bums go to work instead of drinking booze and doing drugs 24/7? I owe them NOTHING!!!
Needs trees
Beautiful house but honestly it’s way too much. Unless I had 10 kids there’s no reason anyone needs this much house. I would much rather have a small simple comfortable ranch home on a property like this with a barn and some animals. Living here is asking for unwanted attention.

Meanwhile.... Homeless men, women and children are sleeping under bridges, in tents and cars... This Disgusts me.
they choose to
They get what they work for.
And how many homeless people do you house and care for? Exactly. Shut the fuck up. Nobody cares what you have to say.
Brandon McBride exactly! Well said.
Yes, that’s what alcohol, laziness and drug addiction does.
aBOUT 500 TO 700 TREES,NEEDED.
