@@mcldiecast reminds me, as a Gaslands fan, one artistic challenge I’ve set for myself is to figure out what a nuclear engine would look like in the front since we usually see them in back. The most famous example is obviously the beautiful BTTF Delorean Time Machine but nothing about that would work in front. And this firebird would be an ideal chassis for it. It doesn’t have to look “realistic” just technical prototypical, and a bit fragile looking as if it’s potential unsafe to use, since as per game fluff and rules, you can only use it for a boost of straight line speed once after which it’s non functional and if you flip crash or get destroyed, the explosion is much bigger than normal. It’s rare that Gaslands builds aren’t sloppy but the Gaslands UK car of the moth competition videos show a great counter example most of the time. Also look up Arise Lightspear’s builds. I forget what his YT channel is called but he’s done some beautifully immersive builds with the rawest of materials and careful painting. Also he makes some of the finest metal hubbed replacement wheels. Also look at Yanchi1983’s beautiful builds on Instagram. I can’t decide what a nuclear engine should look like but his versions are grand.
