I am on the path of making my story and after the 4th film I was beyond disappointed and angry if dreamworks don’t redeem themselves and if the sequels fail I will make sure to remake them especially the 4th film mark my words.
I think the chameleon would be the change? Since it is what they name the most, let's admit the Co-director should have directed the movie, I bet it would have been better since in general the chameleon and Po do share Some aspects

I love the tones of their different themes. Kai is badass, rhythmic and menacing. Tai lung is adrenaline filled, primal, intense with a underlaying tone of desperation and tragedy. Shen’s theme manages to be both immensely tragic and absolutely terrifying. It’s so haunting, eerie and oppressing. Yet it’s grand and epic! It carries such a mix of emotion. During the first tones you can just hear the cries of the thousands of innocent he slaughtered then it builds and just fuels you with the sheer magnitude of Shens power and ambition. It’s almost horror-like. Yet it’s still incredibly tragic because the music carries his emptiness. The only way he knew to ease his own pain was to burn all around him to ash. Just an absolutely incredible score!
Can’t believe they cooked with the villains 3 times in a row and then broke the streak in the 4th movie. The Chameleon was such a boring villain with no backstory at all.
