- Straight up raw GoPro clips stacked by mr. Tom Hannam. I wanted to leave these clips raw and without music to highlight what the state of flow feels like to me, definitely loosing track of time! Snowboarding is a really effective gateway to the flow state, which is probably why its so addicting! I Also recommend playing your favourite music to this..

I had never heard the definition flow state but I can totally relate! However for me it often happens after dinner and I sit down and work on a project and cannot sleep until I have finished an idea. I'm a concept artist/ industrial designer by the way. Also keep posting so I can get hyped for this season!
