  • This house on Yarrbat Avenue in Balwyn combines intense privacy with a strong connection to nature. With views of the Dandenong Ranges and surrounded by deciduous trees, the multi-generational residence offers both independent and shared spaces for the family and grandparents. The facade is clad in durable Australian wood and local bluestone, while the interiors are flooded with natural light and feature a neutral palette. Highlights include a central green stone column, a floating staircase, and a white garage with a wash station, reflecting the client's love for cars.

I love the choice of music for this video. So beautiful.
As for the architecture, I like the green column staircase and the wood panelling on the facade.
