Do it. I have a tricked out work sharp Ken onion it works fine but you can start to tell it’s for beginners. The tsprof is not only a great sharpener, I also find myself just looking at like a sculpture. I bought kadet pro recently only because I have some shun knife that need the 10 degree angle. The pioneer is just as capable. Really the biggest thing I now can get back my knifes back to a better than a factory edge and you really start seeing all the uneven bevels which means you have uneven edge as well. Doesn’t mean it won’t cut but evening out bevels is a game changer. Don’t forget to watch the compound edge vid to I put on one of those recently so cool kinda like like convex but not.

Hi, these sharpening stones are in a different standard, most of the sharpening stones are in the JIS standard, when we talk about for example 1000 grid its in JIS, but these are in the FEPA-F standard, that's why the letter F is there. You have to convert the value from the chart, for example a F400 sharpening stone is roughly equivalent to a JIS 1000 grit.

I have the tsprof kadet pro and love it, i just need to get either the L brackets or the single jaw attachment bc i still have to use the kme for smaller knives

What I do for smaller knives is just clamp it with one of the 2 clamps. Works great for little slip joints and the Rockwall.

@TristateEDC i have done the same and had good experience with it, but i already have the goshdam pen knife jaw attachment for kme so may as well use it. Neeves turned me on to using that kapton tape to tape the jaws, his amazon store is a money pit for me
