    I would definitely add to the list some more athletic stuff, like jumps (all directions), sprinting, plyos etc. Or even trying doing some sport 1/week
    These exercises are the best way to fill less stiff and spend more time in various new positions

    There was a documentary recently on the same subject, something about 101 in one day... There at least wasn't time to stay in one position for long...
