    I guess skinny fat is not excessive cardio, but not doing any workout at all. I agree that skinny fat unna vallu should do resistance training to gain some lean muscle to their body.

    Hahahaha bro. Stumbled across your channel and boy do i love it!!! I hope and pray that our people know the difference between endless hours of cardio vs lifting. Misconceptions about ab exercises, spot reduction, food myths etc. And know form is much more important to reduce risk of injury.
