It's been a while. Needed some time off but will be trying to get new videos out more regularly again. Feels good to be back :)
First time I'm not using a real guitar amp for one of my covers. This is the Brainworx Engl Savage 120 amp sim. I like it! Sounds thick but very tight still.
So far most of my mixes have been pretty basic. But for this one I thought I'd try out some different effects and a little sound design too. Turned out pretty decent I think. Those bass drops hit hard 🤘

What's the tuning of this song bro? And what are your string gauges used in this video?
As Blaine said, drop A on a 6 string, AEADF#B. I use d'Addario strings, 013-017-026-036-046-068. You can always find info on the tuning, strings and gear in the description of my covers :)

Will it sound nearly the same if we plug it in example (solid state combo amp) ?
Thanks brother :) I use the same string gauges for drop B on a ESP Ltd EC, also Les Paul style. Should work for drop A too, maybe a little loose.
It depends on the amp. Amp and speakers make the biggest difference in sound and shape the character of the tone the most in my opinion.
