Being a 60 year old grandma and collector I would give this house to the rabbit grandparents and not have a kids room but definitely a bathroom! When I put all my red roof homes together it get many kids rooms!

May be you could skip the childrens room and make a bathroom. Also they need a closet more than a make-up table. If you have a bathroom the make-up can be done in there. I think you have a couple without children. They could be aunt and uncle or grandparents or having friends with children to visit them. So they see children also. 😉😄👍
