Hello Nani haaru very late good evening. Again I am behind in my comments. Beautiful scenery and pleasant weather from the look of it. The food is super special and tasty from the way it looks. I have not eaten bamboo shoots apart from Chinese dish. We can't get it here fresh only tinned. Robin Nani seems to be in a jolly and happy mood very nice to watch. I wish I was there to try nani,s cooking. Thank you so much. It's warm and sunny here and full of flying ants in the afternoon. Next time I will comment from our new house. Loving the sound effects Robin, kar kar kar kar hare?? gruk gruk gruk too?? OMG Robin how i wish i was there eating this Tamba ko sabji with you guys. I remember having it in an achar but never as sabji. Mum used to say she cannot eat it as her joints used to hurt her when she did so we didnt eat it at home. We get it canned here but never seen it that fresh. How come its only once a year? Can you not freeze it?

Babboo jab zameen se ugna suru hota hai usko shoot bolte hai bada hoke woh bamboo(baans)banta hai.hum pahadi lok pahado mein jo vhi mile wahi sabji khate hai.jad, patte, ful ,fal.sab.LOL
