Hi Bong, I still back and forth to take care my parents because they are having issues with health conditions and their age getting older and older, sometimes I need to stay in Cambodia a little bit longer. I haven’t retired yet so I’m not sure about that matters. Thank you so much 🙏🙏😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️

There are 3 br 2 bth home in subdivision on the edge Battambang city on 10 X 20 M^2 lot for $30000-$40000. All Khmer and Khmer kids get permanent visa. Even mixed kids.
