19:30 I've been watching a lot of JD Delay' and Locked in with Ian Bick and learned "checking paperwork" is a big thing and something involving a woman, child, disabled, elderly, animal means you're gonna be taken a hard ride. Since he may go down for deleting a woman, at least not having your no no parts in it may be less hard go in.

I think (my opinion) that at least 30% of the population is not right in the head. Misogynistic, racist, psychotic, sociopathic or just plain evil - everyone is an individual so each situation has it's own unique motive. I don't know this person's individual thought patterns so I can't say anything specific as to why this case came into existence. Sadly, things like this happen all day, every day, to some degree. I go out every day and am prepared to encounter the reality that 1 out of 3 people are to be avoided. And even though I am reclusive, antisocial and I only go out on certain days at certain times, I still encounter people who should be avoided. For example, there's a guy in my neighborhood who I avoid. I was walking around to run errands when I heard creepy male voices saying dumb things, I don't remember what, something like - But I like to be nasty!.....I opened the door to the drugstore and there he was! The creepy guy was a foot behind me, reaching around me to push the door! He had seen me walk by, said something to his friend about me, and then he stalked me to get a chance to put his arm around my personal space! These types exist and they are everywhere. They have lifelong neglected hormonal drives, incel issues or whatever their problem is. Not everyone is a good person. It seems that most are not, and then they get bored with being neutral. They are just sickos. The human race is pretty disgusting. So as far as - what do I think the motive was? It's just typical loser mentality.

Democrats believe criminals are victims of life. This has never been an issue in the past until Obama and his restorative justice crap. It starts in schools where white kids are suspended or kicked out. But Obama told school districts that if they didn't lower the numbers of brown and black kids being suspended or kicked out that he would withhold future funding. Now when a minority kid assaults a teacher or student or acts up, in general, they get removed from class and sent to a time out room to calm down. Then they are sent back to the class where the victim is. No mark on their record means it isn't registered as a discipline and this is how they cook the books.
The kids learn that they don't have consequences and this is the mentality they take out into the real world. Yet people keep voting for it so I don't have much sympathy. If you teach people they are victims their entire lives we shouldn't be shocked when they act badly and take no accountability. I guarantee this guy will blame the young woman for his plight.

Well said. In my city in Australia there is outrage now if authorities tell women not to walk in a park in broad daylight after some incident because it is not us women who should have to modify our behaviour. That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be aware, and we should do self defence courses and take other precautions, but I’d hardly go anywhere if I always had to go with someone else. It isn’t practical. One good thing here, we have is decent gun laws, limiting who has access to them.
When telling someone earlier this year that I was likely safer out walking somewhere than I am at home in my inner city flat, and she told me that a friend and her husband had been subjected to a home invasion and robbery. I really appreciate your class and attention to detail in your stories. You’re a jewel! Blessings to you and your family.
Again, a special account of a woman just living her life, and showing kindness to everyone.
Penalties should be ones that fit the crime. Looking at the videos of the crime shows an animal all charged up on the path headed for his victim.
He’s guilty as hell. How many young woman have to die before we out these criminals and put them away forever. He’s had too many chances, he needs stopped, period.

I live in Phoenix, and this happened in a really, REALLY, nice area. It's right next to Scottsdale. The suspect's Mom, who he was living with since being paroled, lived closed by.
There are hikes going on now, Hike For Heike. So women don't have to be afraid to hike.

Hi Annie. Idk how you put out content this fast but I appreciate you!
I have a case suggestion- the case of riyla Wilson out of Miami. She was a little girl that was being fostered when she went missing. The guardian said that a Dcf worker had come and taken Riyla weeks earlier. It was all over the news when I was about Riylas age. I’ve never been able to find as much as I’d like to on her story- I hope you would be able to cover it. I’d love to see Riyla remembered.

I will never understand how our system drops charges of any criminal? It makes me sick. Maybe had they not dropped 10 out of 13 charges, his a$$ would still be in jail and unable to do what he's done!
