They themselves don’t know what constitutes a 20. The DDR team needs to take a few notes from ITG customs to figure something out. GITADORA has 9.99 charts, SDVX has 20s, IIDX has Legendarria charts, etc. Every other team has guidelines but team DDR apparently doesn’t.
U1 once thought what the human limit is as well, so I guess by the time they try to continue to push harder charts (or at least have more than a handful of 19s) and all of them AAAed by top players, only then we'll witness a 20.
You could get that back on Max-Extreme as well, it was most commonly seen on Max 300 and Maxx Unlimited which ended with down into jump so FC’s on those were 573 and 600 respectively. 1 miss as your last judgment should have been 571 and 598 respectively but you could actually hit the jumps before the good window of the down for 572 and 599.
