- GX IS BACK!! Today in master duel we are recreating one of the most iconic duels the entire Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise. Jaden vs aster ! We will be doing this by recreating their structure decks within Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel! Who will come out on top in this legendary duel

Aster is weird because he's introduced as Jaden's foil and a guy who wiped the floor with Zane and sent him on a dark path but his last duel he loses against Chazz in a rubber Ojama costume.

the fact he went in attack mode instead of defense and the the quick realization was hilarious
I feel like Zane vs Syrus in season 2 would be really cool because you could now showcase Zane now having the cyber darks and with him now being in his dark phase and compare that to the very shy Syrus would make for some really funny dialogue I feel.
Would be better if they did aster instead of syrus the match we should’ve gotten
I love that you guys do homie drops. Reminds me of when me or a friend would nake a mistake in a duel, and we would hust undo it. Made duels more fun with no hard feelings.

@17:27 I was waiting for Doto to predict the future by discarding tenacious & dasher via graceful charity so when Dreadmaster came to the field, it would have had 2900 ATK/DEF along w Tenacious having D Shield. Thus, using its effect if any of Destiny Heroes got destroyed by battle. 🤷🏾♂️🥴

oh man, the MISSPLAY in that first duel!
If for Graceful, Doto had discarded both of the Destiny Heros in his hand (other than dreadmaster), then he could've deployed his second Clock Tower Prison. It would've destroyed the original, beginning the countdown for him to be immortal again, and his dreadmaster would've been summoned, and summoned both Dasher and Captain Tenacious from the graveyard. THEN he could've equipped him with the Raregold armour.
Basically, he had an INSANE combo just waiting, and he threw away the lynchpin for it
Replacing field spells don't count as destruction.

@@Zenn_Chan It used to count as destruction but they changed that some years ago. It's a rulings thing that Konami just says it themselves there's no way for you to know for yourself. Some things work a certain way just because Konami says it does so I can't blame you for not knowing.
Also yeah lmao MST doesn't negate but it kinda does if it uses it's used on a continuous spell or trap that activates it's effect.
