GREG in the 70s and 80s the isometric bullworker was a popular workout ! What do you think this modem of training compares with regular weight training for building muscle ?
Do you mean that 1) your gf has less love for Eric & Greg than you do, and/or 2) you have more love for Eric & Greg than the love you have for your gf?
I love the joke example of someone biking to work 35 miles, I feel like that guy. I walk 10-15 miles/day at work and average 80-90 miles a week. My goal is to build muscle and after years of this I still haven't been able to consistently raise my calories to compensate. Either I have the *worst* genes or I am consistently hitting a volume of walking that is interfering.
Hmmm, according to the newest research permanent weight lost is impossible. Our biology is simply not wired for losing weight, it is actually opposite. Therefore you are probably just wasting your time with all those diets. Unless you belong to that 10% who can keep the weight off more than 5 years. However, the research does not say if it is weight or actually fat percentage that comes back. If you lose 10 kg, lift weights and get this 10kg back in the next 5 years you have also gained muscle, not just fat. I strongly believe that fitness coaches do not tell this to their clients because their living depends on people believing that permanent weight loss is possible.
Notice the way Eric Helmes has " shoe horned " GREG'S SHOW ! And Greg being a great guy lets it go 👍👍 Go back 5 years or so the show was ONLY Greg ! Eric is a lot like an old school friend Barry Finch used to do similar crap and always wanting to be in the spotlight

Upping my dose of turkesterone based on this podcast

So I give my body 100 kcals of exercise, and it only gives me 72 kcals of energy expenditure back? Sounds like a Pontzer scheme to me...
that's a good one

There's no way walking is interfering much and just burning calories does nothing to interfere with gaining muscle.

Why not deep dive into the subject and tell how to use xyz, when to use etc
You have all the knowledge and research to back it up. Please .
I'm confident you'd have many-times-more listeners if you simply didn't drag every topic out. 5 minutes, bam, move on, keep interest.
