Our Forklift will start and run... But after shutting it off (sometimes will die), we have to wait several minutes (20 or more) before we can get it to start again. Would would the regulator maintenance in in the this video fix the issue or what else can we look at?
Trying to get the forklift repair guy out is like pulling teeth. That forklift works fine!!! That forklift is as solid as the U.S. Dollar! When it stalls. Write it up to maintenance and make THEM start it. DO NOT start it again. MAKE maintenance start it. They can screw with it for the 20 minutes it takes for the sensor to cool down. I can't stand the maintenance department.
So does the propane go from the tank to the regulator then from the regulator to the( what’s it called) them to the intake? Also the selenoid with the yellow label. Is the open when key I’m in the on position? And do they normally just have one wire going to them ? I have an older Yale with something similar and I found a loose wiring harness with one stripped back brown wire and there is an eyelet missing the wire. But the eyelet is mounted to the housing screws of this selenoid if I was guessing it’s a ground. But I don’t see anywhere a power wire would hook
Hi Matt, most of the time it will be from the propane tank to the lock off solenoid than the regulator and to the mixer (intake). On this Toyota it opens from a rev switch that gets the signal from the distributor. Unfortunately without the schematic for your Yale I couldn't tell you.
Hey ive got the same issue on mine same , it is the same model and all , only starts with starting fluid with gas pedal all the way down if you let go it dies, any ideas?
for real. Some companies make it easy for anyone to do. Others hide the dang thing and you have to find the right screw. That feels intentional for early failure.
I have a engine that starts up but after a short period of time the regulator frosts up and the engine quits. It will restart but not keep running. Any suggestions?
Hi I got a Nissan it will start but feels no power it will not go on a ramp. Will it have the same problem

MAF sensor
thanks for the video
Some of those drain plugs are so difficult to access. I see why techs don't ever drain them until the truck is running bad. 😅😅

Hey Bruce, check your coolant level first also for a air bubble in the water pump.
@@kaizenliftlimited9825If there's an air bubble how do I purge it?
You squeeze the piss out of the top and bottom big hoses@@petergriffin383
