Please write your autobiography soon Panditji. I don't want you to die early like Pandit Nikhil Banerjee. Autobiography has a different flavour than biography, a different smell, taste. Just like you read Komal Gandhar, Rag Anurag. It takes you to the world which is full of music because it is being said by the Mantradrasta Rishis of music unlike biographies which are written by ordinary persons or maybe a musicologist but obviously they will lack that key which opens the door to the music world.

Without microphone the sound is good. Purbayan a veteran artist, patdeep came from very first stroke. And warmth our heart.But I should thank Ojhas for beutiful accompaniment. He resembles playing like Jakir ji.

I always liked the tonal quality of Purbyan’s sitar. I find him as the best among the male sitarists of today. In females, Anupama Bhagawat and Roopa Panesar are the best, as Queen and Princess of sitar. Thanks for the scintillating Pardeep
