I am beyond frustrated. I have tried connecting this to my Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra but keep getting this annoying background hiss. I have tried all manner of cables but still the same.

You can use the data cable that comes with our product supports connecting to cameras, mobile phones and computers.

@@Huehuehue-v6b Hello, the VM30 product you bought may be the first version, which only supports charging. The updated version now supports charging as well as digital output.
Will this work with the boom xd pro - or will they interfere?

Hi...Just setting up my VM30 for the first time...I can't configure it in a way that reduces the gain/feedback I can hear when not talking (constant sound)...can't you help me do this please?

Can You monitor the mic's input when the microphone is directly connected to smartphone on digital mode? I can't see it in the tutorial. I do have the VM10 Pro and I can monitor the mic's input on digital mode.
Yes, our VM30 shotgun mic has an audio dynamic bar. You can monitor the sound input by watching the audio dynamic bar.
Hello, I'm about to order now. But first, I would like to know If I can use it with my DJI Action 4. I'm using Action 4 with Hohem iSteady 4 Pro Gimbal for my vlogging. I would like to know if it's possible to connect it to my DJi Action 4 via bluetooth (Action 4 wireless connection capabilities) without using the vm30 receiver. Because, there is no way to attach the receiver on the Camera and on the gimbal. Please answer. Thanks.

Doesn't work!! What am i missing? tried recording into an iphone 14 with all the included connectors (no lightning included) and buying a separate usb c to lighting for direct. Nope, nothing turns off the iphone internal mic and the blue wifi light does not turn off as specified when using wired mode.
What is better quality in recording in wired mode with an android smartphone - usb с cable or trrs with an usb с adapter?

I can't get it to get out of bluetooth mode...
I took the pin and reset both the mic and the receiver but still trying to connect bluetooth when even I don't have the receiver on,,, The light never trued green and won't put out sound on my camera... I have a cat show in 2 weeks that I need to film and it not working... it was working when I first got it but all of a sudden it wo t get out of bluetooth mode... Please help
And it won't turn off with the camera ,,,

This was my first professional microphone I have ever used. It turn out great, however I only used it for video call. And it always plugged in with power source from my PC.
=> So I wonder if it is OK for the battery if I keep it always plugged in? (like is there passthrough charging to to use power directly when battery if full?)
Thanks for asking. With the built-in lithium battery, the microphone set can work up to 50 hours in wired mode and up to 7 hours in wireless mode. It also supports charging while using, which provides longer endurance.

Hello, thanks for asking. It’s recommended to insert the USB end with the magnetic ring into the microphone and connect the other end to the smartphone/computer；When using with Lightning interface devices, please purchase a USB-Lightning adapter/cable that supports the OTG function
@@ComicaAudioconnecting usb-c to lightning cable does not help at all. In fact, the micro does not turn on when I connect the usb-c to lightning cable directly to it. There is no guide anywhere either.
@@ComicaAudio So far, this setup does not work at all with an iphone 14 pro. First, the blue wifi light never stops flashing, even when you click it's button ( manual says this will turn it off for wired mode) nope. Then, none of the connectors provided actually record sound into the iphone using an iphone adapter. tried all of them. For some reason it did not come with a lightning adapter. Purchased one then found that no combination of connectors or cables actually records audio into the phone. Try this for yourself, speak gently into the side of the phone while it's supposed to be recording through the mic, then pull the cable and listen to the recording. It's only using the phone mic. It's possible I have missed something important but either way, spent 2 days on this with no positive results.
