I gave birth at Netcare 2 days ago and there were a number of differences in my case. I didn't have to pay R900 cash for a bed, everything was covered by my medical aid. My bag had size 1 extra care nappies (bigger pack, I think it's 42 inside), a baby on board sign and a couple of other vouchers. I had no soap and no epimax baby creams inside. Everything else inside was the same. Sudocream sample, the baby hat, Etc. By the way, the Dischem baby program is back. I got mine 3 days ago.
Agg I’m so glad I came across this, I booked at waterfall as well but they said nothing about a bag and to your point we really do pay a lot so enjoying all the perks seems fair. The bag I got from Bankmed was such a joke literally 2 samples and a book I was like Haibo 😂😂😂
Dischem still has the baby bag.. You need to join their baby programme and spend over R1000 on baby products or have 1000 points to qualify for the bag after you are 28 weeks pregnant you will receive the bag. Formula and certain products doesn't qualify.
Netcare is a rip off honestly, got a Life bag last year and my bag had enough things in there and I paid nothing. The dischem baby bag is still there. Did you get the Vitality box?
