"Janay Na Tu” is an irresistibly catchy ballad carved from Ali Khan’s age-old distinct style and dressed up in music director, Jaffer Zaidi’s finest music arrangement a pop song could boast of. People complaining about this being like Bollywood, you guys don't seem to have any clue about Pakistani Music. It's nothing like Bollywood. People who follow Pakistani music to heart know that underground bands of late 90s and many in the past 10-15 years tend to have many of such melodious slow tracks. Coke studio can't just keep playing the same folk/sufi/qawali stuff, and neither should you fuss about a different type of soulful tune.
This Ali Khan's version is a brilliant addition. Absolutely love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reminded me of another beautiful melody 'Bewajah'
Finally a breezy pop number! This is beautifully sung by Ali Khan (Gave me a feel of those English pop numbers in early 2000s esp. Westlife!). My moment of the composition is at 4:20 when the scale changes from A# major to C major and how smartly they devised it by bringing the melody to G note which is common in both the scales and continued with C major scale after a pause! I am sure it's Jaffer Zaidi's handiwork. Overall loved the arrangement and the use of Strings section to give that breezy feel!
