I keep watching these GR videos and I don't understand how they take off the last half of the Boss's HP in like 5 seconds? They spend 3-4 minutes getting the Boss to 50% health and then with less then a minute left they get him from 50% to 0% in a blink... I don't get it? Is there a buff I'm missing or something? I thought it was a power shrine or something but he doesn't use one in this video... I'm so thoroughly confused!!

it's a gem "bane of the stricken" he get's 1.8% dmg per hit on the target. it's shown at 15:31
