Awesome video! went through really quickly and all concepts are easy to understand. I'm doing a separate tutorial but this was a great quick cross train. will look for more of your stuff.
This is part of a full course on smart contract hacking and solidity secure coding.. So there currently are a ton more to this series in the playlist you can check out... Also I will be dropping more full DAP labs soon, I am putting an update video up shortly regarding that.. Thanks for your comments and share with your friends..
FYI if you see any missing videos in this series in the numbering 0x## its becuase youtube deleted them lol and you can see the missing video on vimeo/consolecowboys just an FYI cuase they removed a few of the hacking parts of this series becuase they are not smart enough to realize they helpful and not harmful.
0.6.6 is the newest version as of the release of that video.. this is a re-upload with larger text from August 2020.... They release new versions every month/week etc.. They are mostly all the same with syntactical difference.. But you will never be up to date with solidity, if you learn it today on the newest version the next release will be out before you even code a project... Just how it works. However with that said, most of the important changes were made in version 0.5.. So if you are messing with any tutorial before 0.5 things are very different.
Hello, how are you I would like to know if there is a way to revert a signed contract, I believe I have signed a contract that allowed a hacker to access my wallet, where he stole my tokens, but when I saw I managed to save a part. but now the hacker must have changed something as every bnb deposit is instantly transferred to the contract wallet he created. but my question is, how can i cancel this contract somehow so i can have access to my wallet... canceling this contract or paying a company to do this?
lol you learn, code then hack... your in the learning section... This series is almost all hacking.. but you have to learn a subject matter before you can break it apart to hack it.. or your just a script kiddie... and FYI if you see a missing video aka some of the hacking ones its on vimeo becuase youtube deleted it and said it was "harmful" lol Should be vimeo/consolecowoys are the video backups to fight against youtube deleting my content.. they removed some re-entrancy stuff and I think delegat call maybe.. I forget.. but the videos are numbered so if one is missing go to vimeo.

May I ask why you use 0.6.6 and not a later version?

Set the version of solidity to the version used in the video under the compiler section of Remix
Hello im completely newbie may i ask what is 0x03 is this bep20?
has nothing to do with blockchain.. its a computer thing..
@@ConsoleCowboys oh i see i thought that the code for erc20 starts with ox03 or bep20 something like that
So you can do this in any token/smart contract? Wether it is bep20 or erc20?
@@FengWei149 Setup a lab, try it and find out.. That will give you your answer.
@@ConsoleCowboys thank you more power to your channel!
👍
