I find it a little easier just to make them into balls and smash them on the grill.. NOW here is something that I have done to make the crack burgers better. I will make a crab cake as a topper AND a sunny side up egg with melted smoked gouda cheese…. Now that is a super Chesapeake Bay Crack Burger!!!

Had to start a new channel but long time sub. I started thinking when it was salt and pepper time.. I want to say something but I could be wrong. Ever since you guys went to pit boss the usual suspects stopped being used? That was the first seasoning I ever made after finding this channel years ago. Ever since I've created 5 of my own seasonings and rubs and a few sauces. Ready to start bottling but still working on the names and labeling. If it wasn't for wanting to know how the usual suspects tastes I would have never been inspired to learn more. After I figure out how I want to do my labels I'll reach out to send a season package as a thank you.
That is awesome! We still love and use Usual Suspects - we’re in the process also of bottling! Wahoo!! We have found that it is absolutely incredible, but for burgers (after doing a ton of research), salt and pepper is our preference. The Usual Suspects is our favorite overall seasoning, but for burgers (and steaks), just salt and pepper is best to enhance the beef flavor. Hope this makes sense brother!
