It is waterproof however has issues stitching under water without the case. So if you want to snorkel with it either get the case, or use single lens mode
Anyone else having issues accessing the additional settings(3 dots in the upper right hand corner) on the iOS mobile app? I can’t change between lens guards and dive case, because the 3 dots to access those additional settings aren’t there on my 360 mobile app.

dont do that, it is not a good camera, image quality is SHIT. And you can't use it on auto mode because it will use really bad settings, resulting in low quality images / videos. Im a photographer by the way, I always used Gopro, and its just the best option for action cameras, I really want to sell my brand new insta360 and get back to Gopro. cheers!
