Thanks for the instructional video Wasn't sure how to go about making moss till now, I had to hand make the wire brush but I'm proud of how my moss-wood-mushroom piece came out ^_^

Great!! I was watching thinking, now how is that going to work (when you added the green moss) until you textured it. I also had no idea how to paint it. I now understand that the black gets wiped off but the point is to get it in the grooves making the tree so much more realistic and that the other paint gets smeared around and wiped off as well.
I'll give it a try, thanks!

+Beth P Thank you! Yes, you're right about the paint, it really brings out the details. :) Good luck! x

Ok, I am just learning... how do I keep my fingers from ruining the textures, especially on 3d pieces that I habe to hold! My finger prints are awful!

Lovely! Wouldn't a little polymer clay woodpecker be great in the design too? Will share on my blog! (beadinggem)!

John Moreno, you don't have replies enabled. The bezel is 25mm. :)

Magical Kat These ones are also adjustable! So if you're after ones that aren't, these won't suit you either. There is a lot of choice on Etsy (also eBay, but to a lesser extent usually) and I've definitely seen non-adjustable ring findings there, although they're not usually as plain as this one. But anyway, it's a good place to start! X
