I don't think solder takes when on the water.
You could use refrigeration solder, it resists corrosion very well and is easy to source.
what should i search or tell the store if i'm looking for that kind of tee?
a 15 - 12 - 12 Tee
Or a reducing T

distillation of clandestine moonshine, of course.
It can be used in distillation, or any other time you are trying to move heat from one liquid to another
