Greetings friends. My question is sincere with no malicious intent: Pastor Jennings said that 99 went down in water but only one came up speaking in tongues. Does that mean that the one speaking in tongues is the only one “saved?” What about the other 98 that did not speak in tongues? Thank you in advance for your help.
Speaking in tongues is a gift given by God. He decides when to give it to you. Speaking doesn't save you. But when you're saved, God will give you the ability to speak when he wants you to.

Greetings friends. My question is sincere with no malicious intent: Pastor Jennings said that 99 went down in water but only one came up speaking in tongues. Does that mean that the one speaking in tongues is the only one “saved?” What about the other 98 that did not speak in tongues? Thank you in advance for your help.
Speaking in tongues is a gift given by God. He decides when to give it to you. Speaking doesn't save you. But when you're saved, God will give you the ability to speak when he wants you to.
