I've been playing leblanc lately and I have so much fun but I struggle so much with wave clear in the early and mid game it's such a struggle before you get your first item
Use an atk speed rune, might make it easier

I think it was genuine, Karthus thought Pekin wouldn't get the kill but it just happened that he pressed r within the same instant pekin got a q in and secured the kill. Just bad timing

I think it was an old strat, since Jhin's passive gave him more AD based on how much attack speed he had. So Hail of Blades would give Jhin a surprising amount of AD on his first few shots. With the item reworks in S11, I don't know if the strat became more or less viable.
