Seeing your update made my day! I have severe sleeping problems these days. Probably because of stress. I wake up by the slightest noises and even with earplugs I randomly wake up at night. But I guess I just need to reduce my stress level again (doing more sports again...was sick for a few weeks :( ). And your video helped me reduce my stress level by a good amount already. It's always so nice to see you and Kano ^^. Also happy you can meet up with Minsung more often these days ☺

i have botox treatments to relieve migraines sadly i dont get the areas iced before hand so they are extra painful and i require 32 injections in total for that. ice is always a great recommendation for afterwards to reduce swelling and the bruising in general. hope your healing ok from your procedures
