Gloria- Blake doesn’t decide who is on the Voice. NBC executives do. Gwen was performing in Vegas season 18. She had a contract to fulfill.
However, GOOD NEWS, she will be back for season 19. And no, Blake had nothing to do with that either.
You do realize that Gwen was first signed to the Voice in season 7 in 2014 when her and Blake didn’t even know each other, right? She was signed then because of her superstar status. Blake wasn’t picking the coaches then either. 🤦♀️

That’s true, he did love his ex. Then Miranda screwed that up by cheating and disrespecting him. That killed his love, and he divorced her. He put up with it for 10 years though (4 married). Thank goodness he can love openly and deeply again. That’s why his bond with Gwen is so strong- they understand what each other had been through (she put up with hers for 20 years).
Crazy Gloria on here makes it sound bad that Blake says Gwen is his best friend, but that’s the only way it lasts. Lust dies down no matter who you’re with, and even love isn’t enough to sustain it if there isn’t MUTUAL respect and friendship.
Zach- Gwen was with her ex husband for 20 years. He was cheating the whole time. When he involved their kids by having an affair with the nanny in their home, she finally divorced him. She has been with Blake 5 years. She is loyal. It will last as long as Blake doesn’t disrespect her.

That’s more than he and Miranda had while married. Miranda bought her own ranch down the road from Blake’s because in her own words from interviews she “ needed a break from Blake”, and they couldn’t be around each other more than 2 weeks or they started getting on each other’s nerves. Miranda’s own words, “after about 2 weeks, I’d start asking don’t you have a show or something?”

i just hope the media doesn't try and destroy or belittle what this couple has we already have people extremely negative about everything as it is. They deserve some peace of mind. Unfortunately you can expect it. Negativity gets clicks. Positive or normal is boring nowadays. The good news is that Blake and Gwen are both superstars for a long while. Both were previously in high profile relationships before. They should be prepared for it and know how to handle it better than a younger couple. I’m sure it’s still stressful though. That may be one reason they’re putting off announcing a marriage because you know that the media would then be blasting their breakup every week to sell magazines.
