Is a aero Pilates reformer better to use for a beginner than a aero chair Pilates ?

I don't love either piece for beginners. The aero reformer and aero chair aren't the best demensions, springs or handles that allow you to find your center. Ideally you would get a Balanced Body Studio or Contrology Refomer or a Contrology chair.
