I am just laughing because the example of the blood clot on the calf has happened to me before EXACTLY how you described it, same thoughts, same fear, same fake urgency feeling of needing to do something. Gosh the enemy is really not creative at all 😂

We can't keep the FIRST AND THIRD Commandments, never mind the rest. No point in going further to see if you are in violation of the Ten Commandments.
When you say cast it down, what do you say to cast it down?
It's not so much about saying something as opposed to realizing something about it/the flesh and choosing to react or not to based on what you now know about it.
You can say I rebuke you doubt or fear in Jesus's name. The Bible says Gid has not given me the spirit of fear but if love, power and sound mind 😊
Pastors dont teach this. Our thoughts are powerful and what we expose ourselves to everyday. Our previous generation lived a slow paced life and watched gameshows. They laughed. Spent time with their family. I keep rebuking the enemy.
