Ten Ten Paragon 1 #2 minor loop board resoldering effort try number three with shielding reinstalled

Complete FAIL.
The VCO seems broad banded now but wil not lock.
The only REAL lock I could get was when I was trying to remove the square box and it was locking
really well.
I think there is a SHORT under the cage to a point on the cage somewhere.
Used to be Paragon PLL boards for sale from scrappers.
Not now.
NOte from the FUTURE.
I had bent the square cage inward and caused a short on the VCO controo like.
I just did not know this for a FEW fricking DAYS.
