I advise, Book mai apke jo core technical subjects hai unpar ap jada focas karna.. It's will help u in Interview as well. Book B.sc ka merko idea nhi hai but jo theek ho apke syllabus cover karti ho.. You can choose that
Actually, BARC has various job profiles suitable for mechanical engineers. It's depend after 2 years what they want to give you but mostly related to the nuclear power. You will work under scientific office.

B.Sc physics ka paper mechanical se alag hota hai one of my friends from BSc those days told me.. You have wonderful opportunity there to work for. Do your best. Only take BSc level books and go through it. Exam pattern is not so difficult.
