i have gone through the pdn ProblemFlow , but couldn't understand clearly that how to implement this practically.

Hi Aruna, ProblemFlow is the out of the box error handling for the flow rules.. when there is an error in flow, usually the flow gets into the ProblemFLow where you can find assignment to which the case gets routed to.
I feel it is difficult to explain the entire concept as a comment, but definitely will explain it in the flow topic
