Thanks for this. Got my 13 Sienna wired up. Layman's terms: Far /solo black wire is the reverse + or trigger. Connect it to the corresponding wire on your aftermarket head unit. The white and black pair close to each other are your video signals that connect to your rca plug. Sacrifice an rca plug and you'll see a center signal wire and loose "ground" wires. The rca center wire goes to black. The rca loose outer wires go to white. Then plug your rca end into the camera input on your head unit
Hi Guys, Let me help you out.. The third black wire from the right side is the Positive wire for reverse camera RF cable and 2nd white wire which is next to black wire is the negative wire for reverse camera RF cable. Now we need a power wire to trigger the screen once you switch into reverse gear so that is a another black wire on the left side near purple wire. You can use this wire to give the power to your dvd or navigation system to turn on and off your screen when you switch into reverse gear. So again, Black and white wire which is close to each other is a video signal wire and another black wire is just a power wire to turn on and off the screen..
This video is a life saver. Thank you🥰 . People, never buy any expensive harnesses from Amazon, rather do this as instructed on this video. Everything worked for me. I connected the factory camera to the after market android DIN. Initially the video images from the factory rear camera was appearing distorted on my android display. Later I found that I needed to change the rear camera settings on the android DIN to NTSC/PAL to get the factory camera images correctly on the screen.

Thank you for the video! I connected the same wires to my Pioneer AVIC 6000 NEX ( reverse wire to connector. Video and ground go to RCA connector).The reverse power works. However, there is no video shown on the screen. Is there anything I can do to fix the issue? Thanks again!

Are you able to tell me via text what color cable was the ground, reverse, video wire, etc...hard to hear due the background noise. I currently installed a Rosen radio with the cameral cable and I can't get the video on the radio. Not sure what is wrong. Also what kind of RCA cable did you attach to the it, obviously it had 3 wires. Thanks...

hi there i was wondering if you can help me out, i bought an used 2014 sienna and it seems that the previous owner did some modifications on the sound system and cut some wires on the back of the stereo now the steering wheel control wouldn't work and i have 9 lose wires and a missing plug on the back of the stereo please help

Just do as i says, first open the dash grill, then take your after market radio out, then open the oem backup camera screen, three wires need to connect to to aftermarket radio system, #1 white wire,#2 black wire,#3black wire, so white wire is going to connect with your RCA positive wire , then black wire is going to be connect with RCA ground, then there is another black wire next to purple wire, which going to be connect with you aftermarket dvd player backup camera wire! Got it thats all you need
